• Analysis and Forecasting: Analyzing historical data and forecasting future demand to determine accurate capacity requirements.
• Alignment: Collaborating closely with operations and administrative teams to align capacity with fluctuations in demand.
• Optimization: Identifying bottlenecks and proposing concrete solutions to improve efficiency.
• Decision Making: Presenting recommendations to the leadership team and driving the decision-making process to close capacity/demand gaps.
• Reporting and Measurement: Developing key measurement systems to validate new capacity requirements and ensure timely decision-making. Generating and communicating regular and ad-hoc reports.
• Strategy and External Contacts: Participating in strategic planning discussions regarding expansion and optimization. Preparing for and attending customer meetings.
• Communication: Ensuring a consistent and clear flow of communication with internal teams and the customer.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics and/or planning.
• Fluent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
