• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and efficiently resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
• Maintenance & Revisions: Perform preventive maintenance and revisions on machines and installations to ensure reliable operation.
• Optimizations & Improvements: Actively contribute to process improvements for more efficient production.
• Construction & Assembly: Perform adjustments and improvements on machines, take measurements, and manufacture/assemble parts.
• Safety: Check and adjust safety systems and report irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Administration: Record completed work, inspections, and identified defects to ensure clear follow-up.

Qualifications:

• A technical education and a passion for technology, preferably with several years of experience.
• Thorough mechanical knowledge (maintenance, revisions, bearings, etc.) and electrical knowledge (electrical diagrams, troubleshooting, etc.).
• A strong sense of responsibility for an orderly, safe, and hygienic work environment.
• A proactive approach to finding solutions and a continuous drive for improvement.
• Good knowledge of Dutch or English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system and, on rare occasions, a night shift.
