Your key responsibilities:To advise professionals on compliance issues related to internal client and engagement acceptance procedures in accordance to our internal policies and external regulations like (but not limited to) anti money launderingTo assist in the follow up of compliance activities and provide feedback on outstanding issues to the TQ team, eg: Company's internal policies, procedures and toolsTo follow up on reporting activities and internal auditsProactively ensure and monitor ongoing compliance with regulations and their corrective actions in the Tax departmentAssist in further embedding a Quality compliance culture within the business true communication and training programs (together with our learning team) to support and provide assistance on various Quality and risk management matters.You will liaise with fee earners and personal assistants to ensure the compliance with our policies and proceduresLiaise and follow up all formalities related to our professional body ITAAThink pro-actively and creatively about ways to enhance Quality and risk effectiveness in our Tax Department
