Did you already understood what we're looking for? Then you might be the one! An international law firm is looking for a secretary with excellent knowledge of German and English.


As an assistant you will work at the departement 'Antitrust, competition and trade practice'. You will provide secretarial and administrative support to a partner and associates. You will execute the following key tasks:
- Provide confidential support service to a team of lawyers ( Partner and Associates) on various client and internal matters.
- You will manage the diary of a lawyer, including coordinating and arranging meetings, videa conferences and conference calls using Outlook calendar as well as external providers where appropriate and monitoring the lawyers' inbox and calendar.
- You will organise meetings, send out meeting requests and liaise with all parties involved.
- You will make travel arrangements and take care of travel expenses.
- You will answer phone calls, enquiries and requests.
- You will use Word, Excel and Powerpoint to produce documents, including drafting and proof reading of work to ensure that completed documents have veen produced to an appropriately high standard.
- You will update client contacts, client lists and other mailing lists.
- You will be responsible for the archive.
- You will provide ad hoc assistance to other partners and associates when required.
- There will be occasional exterior missions

Do you possess the following skills and qualities? Then you're the one we're looking for:
- You have perfect knowledge in German and English
- You have excellent and experienced agenda management skills.
- You have approximately 2-4 years of experience in a similar function.
- You are positive, pro-active, professional and have a good sense of humour.
- You have a strong personality and are able to remain calm under pressure.
