The primary role of the Workplace Manager is to be responsible for all sites in Belgium.
Based in Brussels you'll facilitate the smooth running of offices. You will ensure that everyone has everything they need to carry out their work and overall, driving the company culture through a great work environment.

You should be experienced in wearing multiple hats, and handling a range of administrative and office support tasks.

The role
Being the highly visible face of our Brussels HQ. This is your space to own, to implement service improvements and to keep it fun, engaging and on brand
First point of contact for all queries and problems. You make things your problem and look to find a resolution quickly
Keeping the meeting rooms in top notch condition; proactively ensuring that problems are identified and fixed with our workplace
Giving a friendly and professional welcome to all of our guests and employees from around the world and ensuring we're offering a big, friendly welcome the moment people enter the office
Onboarding; the company wants everyone to have a great first day experience and you will work with the recruitment, people and IT teams to ensure new hires have the correct IT equipment, know where they're sitting, where to get an access badge and more importantly how to use the funky coffee machines.
Offboarding; ensuring that we are collecting all equipment, access badges etc
You will make sure that all staff and managers are aware of their responsibilities, the offices and sites are safe and we¿re meeting all local statutory regulations

You are self driven, with good self management and a can-do-attitude
Ability to execute, high degree of organisation, high attention to detail
Manage large workloads by multi-tasking and utilising superior organisational & prioritisation skills
Flexible approach and the desire to constantly improve and innovate to deliver a world class service
Positive attitude and willing to get stuck in and own it!
