Global roll out of the ICD application and its functionalities. • Develop strategic roll out plan: analyses need to be made for which J&J organisation ICD isn’t rolled out yet. Together with the application owner a roll out plan needs to be established. • Make sure all stakeholders have a clear understanding on the strengths of ICD. • Make sure there is a clear understanding on scope, timing, budget & resources for all stakeholders. • Thoroughly understand the business requirements and the implication of local regulatory requirements and their impact on the integration of ICD • Make sure business processes are clear and be able to provide a smooth integration. • Closely monitor the use of the different ICD functionalities and act when improved usage can be established.
Communication • Support the ICD Core Management Team in developing a communication strategy. • Ensure the ICD community remains informed on new functionalities, release planning, and training possibilities.
• You have a minimum of a High School diploma. • You have experience in project management and five to seven years of experience in similar roles. • Strong organisational and planning skills and excellent writing and communication skills. • Fluency in English. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel). • Ability to handle numerous tasks and projects with time deadlines in matrix organisational model. • For this opportunity you can work from home!
