Main responsibilities:

- Creation of Purchase Orders for the Global IT Infrastructure Team
- Vendor Management: creation of new vendors in the SAP Tool
- APR submissions: Creation of Appropriation Requests in the SAP Tool
- Vendor Invoice Management and SAP Invoice Processing
- Creation of accruals at the end of the month for costs to be invoiced later in order to have accurate monthly reportings
- Monthly cross-charging of costs
- End-of-year closing activities
- Assistance budget owners: support Global IT Infra budget owners with their budget and actuals
- Administrative support to the Operation Excellence team members

jouw aanbod

- Fluent in English

- Proficiency in MS Office tools: excel, power point, word, outlook

- Organizational & management ability

- Ability to work independently

- Be able to take initiatives

- Be able to work in a multicultural environment

- User Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP SRM is an asset

- Proficiency in
sharepoint a plus
