- To prepare microbiological growth media and other laboratory solutions to support microbiology
laboratory testing
- To do the preparation, follow up and adaptation of the parameters of fermentation processes
- To perform analytical and microbiological analysis on the fermentation samples
- To use molecular biotechnological tools
- Maintain laboratory equipment and facilities
- Be involved in research projects to bring expertise in the domain
- Data collection, interpretation, reporting and presentation of results
- Demonstrate a consistently high level of quality of work
- Utilize problem solving/trouble shooting skills

vos atouts

- Bachelor in Microbiology, Biology, Life Science or a related discipline (NO master)
- Good knowledge of fermentation and microbiology
- Affinity with bakery, patisserie and chocolate
- Ability to follow research protocols with attention to details
- Strong organization and record keeping capability
- Self-starter with the capacity to be proactive
- Result driven with a positive mindset
- Curiosity, creativity and open-mindedness
