- Create and Lead PMO in the field of Nutrition, Human Physiology & Microbiome to build strong consumer centric Health & Wellness propositions. - Curate Consumer & Product trends and identify most promising reason to believe in the space of Health & Wellness beverages. - Lead relevant competitive intelligence program, tracking competitor claims and nutrition properties, to identify competitive threat and white spaces for innovation opportunities. Keep up to date with other industries launches and strategy (Food, Beverage, Agriculture, Pharmaceuticals...). - Design and lead learning plans related to Health & Wellness to guide technical and commercial platforms to deliver successful innovation in 6 geographical Zones (North America, Middle America, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific). Engage with consumers to turn ideas into concepts and into products using state-of-the-art consumer research techniques and measure consumer trade-offs to build relevant nutrition opportunities that differentiate AB InBev from the competitive landscape. - Ensure the correct translation of science publication, functional researches and consumer insights into technical brief for new products that will drive top-line revenue growth - Leverage you deep understanding of human physiology and nutrition as well as consumer trends to partner with Science and Regulatory affair as well as Global and Zones product development teams to design successful and competitive functional beverages. - Build & leverage external network in the field of nutrition, physiology, clinical in vivo/ in vitro studies and functional research, including other industries, research institutes and universities to ensure a continuous flow of ideas to feed our innovation pipeline. - Build a Nutrition & Physiology strategy and related KPI to prioritize most valuable initiatives.
- University technical degree or PhD in Food Science, Biochemistry or Nutrition and at least 10 years of experience with Nutrition & Physiology fields. Previous experience is essential, either in a related role or engaged in research, with a good practical knowledge of R&D beverages in general, Nutrition, Health, Microbiome, Physiology, Functional studies, Consumer Perception and Regulatory affair - Extensive experience in curating diverse sources of technical and consumer information to extract key take away and critical insights. Ability to streamline communication and tell a simple story from results. Extensive experience setting up and leading Consumer perception research, Functional and clinical studies - The job requires a disciplined and pragmatic individual with analytical but strategic and synthetic mind set with developed and proven negotiations skills. Put things in context and develop options and recommendations for the team, taking costs & time & quality into account - Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills. Collaborative and strong team spirit. Able to switch between tasks according to business needs and to prioritize accordingly. Act as an Owner, Service minded with a customer oriented and continuous improvement mind-set. - Excellent organizational and planning skills. Demonstrated experience as a project & team leader with proven track record of successful delivery. - Fluent in English and Confident presentation skills.
