This position will have the following main responsibilities: manage customer orders from the order entry until the final shipment and invoicing, manage customer communication in a way to ensure continued customer satisfaction, ensure orders follow up through a proactive communication with planning, develop and ensure an effective collaboration with other customer service members and all departments involved into the customer order management process and finally have a critical approach on the daily job in order to propose ways to improve performance.
Grade académique de bachelier
Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in a manufacturing/production environment Significant experience into a customer service role
Computer literacy, including spreadsheets, word processing database management (Office) Knowledge of JD Edwards operating systems in an asset
Communication Skills: Ability to listen and to communicate clearly Ability to connect with people Ability to share point of views
