As a Quality Complaint Associate, you will have to manage product complaints per documented procedures and support Field Corrected Actions activities.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Update complaint information through complaint database; - Work with Plant/Technical Service to coordinate complaint investigations if applicable; - Assure consistency of complaint records; - Maintain compliance to regulations and procedures; - Coordinate and execute to the applicable FCA activities as needed following the required procedures and processes.
- Bachelor or Master degree or experience through administration , Law, translator - interpreter, Customer Service, Complaints, etc. - Very good knowledge in MS Office : Excel / PowerPoint / Word - Be fluent in English both spoken,written and read - Able to work in an environment that is highly regulated by procedures and quality systems - Good team-player but able to organize its own work with autonomy - Customer focus, Critical thinking & Problem Solving - Pragmatism, Dynamic & Optimism
We offer you a temporary contract (interim) with possibility of extension. A day work schedule.
