As the Global Customer Service Rep for Affiliates, you are responsible to: - ensure top quality service is provided for Affiliates any time - act as intermediary between Affiliates and Production sites - monitor open transfer orders and sales orders and shipments, on a daily basis - take care of all order processing from A to Z - coordinate documentation and invoicing - analyze latest market/country information to understand mid & long term supply requirements - manage Affiliate queries by taking ownership and responsibility - being part of Hot Topics Meeting : ensure Global Distribution Logisitics alignment with internal stakeholders, investigate root causes
You are fluent in French and English. You are enthusiastic, independent, flexible, passionate about order processing. You have experience in distribution, order and invoicing, in a manufacturing environment, and knowledge in transport and warehousing (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry).
