Then you are the Global Product Manager we are looking for.
- Represent the New Holland Brand Strategy for the SPFH portfolio delivering best-in-class products to the market by championing the voice of the customer. - Deliver customer-driven products through new product development programs by representing the voice of the customer on the core platform team. - Be responsible for SPFH market research needs. Represent the New Holland brand and commercial interests in the Global Product Development (GPD) and Customer-driven Product Development (CDPD) processes. - Support the Brand and Regional Commercial Marketing team in the development of marketing messages and unique selling value propositions. Develop and assist with value based pricing proposals for new products with the Region Commercial Marketing teams. - Be responsible for the regions new product programs through the development and maintenance of the Strategic Product Range Plans (SPRP). - Consolidate the regional commercial product requirements into a single New Holland Agriculture brand request using key performance indicators (customer needs, product definition, pricing, volume, share and margin) to ensure alignment with strategy and brand leadership. - Lead and confirm regional commercial readiness, assist in development of marketing and sales training material to support and guarantee successful product launches. - Assume leadership and coordination for the product launch process by assuring cross-functional readiness in all aspects of new product launches for the regions with the platforms and functional teams. - Be responsible for product management and product lines, product margin, quality and reliability, share growth, competitive positioning while ensuring the customer satisfaction for the New Holland brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Engineering, Marketing or similar - Minimum five+ years of experience in agriculture industry with some knowledge of project management, competitive practices and marketing strategies.
