As Full Service Sales Manager Benelux you are responsible for the team of six. You maintain commercial contacts with the exclusive brands. Some travel to NL is required (+-, 4 days a month) as well as occasional travel to Brand meetings.
Your main task is - to realize the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and margin objectives - to lead and coach the teams to do so - to set team and individual objectives and monitor results and calculate bonuses - to ensure that the established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are realized, both per DSC, per team, as per brand - to establish and manage a team of freelance educators to train and educate customers and DSC's alike - to ensure that results are reached in a sustainable, long term fashion, and avoid to "chase volume" - to look for the boundaries of the operational and financial frameworks, but also knowing how to stay within these frameworks. - to give optimal shape to the commercial year plan, make quarterly actionplans, including planning and developing the necessary sales promotions and marketing activities - to bring the best out of the teams and the market with a motivating attitude, market knowledge and innovative business acumen
The Sales Manager therefore is a strong personality who points his/her teams the right direction, coaches and develops and solves any problems quickly and efficiently.
