We are looking for an contract based analyst where homework is the key word!
• ICD deployment: work with internal stakeholders to optimise the use of ICD for contract portfolio management, develop strategic roll out plans for new users (including drafting project charter, budget estimates, and execution plans) and manager the end to end process of deployment. • Build a strong network with the stakeholders and external service providers. • Facilitate feedback/input from the ICD end-users for potential system enhancements. • Support the ICD Core Management Team in developing a communication strategy.
Additional Roles: • Setup communication channels with the ICD user community. • Facilitate user networking. • Maintain the ICD user documentation (Confluence). • Assist ICD organizations by collecting the requirements and understand the workflow processes for building electronic contract request forms. • Supervise the development and validation of a generic “one size fits all” Contract Request Forms (CRF) and provide end user training. • Run periodic data-quality checks (aftercare).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Law or paralegal certification. • Experience in a legal, IT or business consultancy environment. • You have experience in project management and five to seven years of experience in similar roles. • Strong organisational and planning skills and excellent writing and communication skills. • Fluency in English. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel). • Ability to handle numerous tasks and projects with time deadlines in matrix organisational model. • For this opportunity you can work from home!
