Your working day is simple and straightforward: you’ll be driving exclusively on short journeys from dock to dock. You have an excellent knowledge of the port and can find your way to any terminal with your eyes closed. You’ll share your truck with a permanent colleague who covers the other shift, ensuring that work never stops. You’ll be transporting various types of goods, including meat and alcohol. Our client is looking for an independent container driver who speaks fluent Dutch or English and can handle the pressure of the busy port environment. You have experience with sea containers and hold a valid CE driving licence with Code 95. As a lorry driver, you know exactly what is expected of you and enjoy working to a strict 12-hour schedule.
