        Your key responsibilities:

        • Use your language skills to manage and resolve international roadside assistance cases across the European region.
        • Take full accountability for every service request, providing clients with peace of mind by managing the process from initial contact to final resolution.
        • Maintain a constant dialogue between service providers and clients, ensuring all stakeholders are updated with real-time progress.
        • Apply a proactive and "outside-the-box" mindset to navigate complex technical or logistical hurdles when standard solutions aren't enough.
        • Deliver a premium service experience by anticipating customer needs and ensuring they feel supported throughout the entire repair journey.
        • Contribute to a culture built on teamwork, where collective expertise is used to overcome daily challenges.
