In this role, you will be responsible for the entire preparation and finishing process:

• Preparing various components using bead blasting techniques.
• Expertly applying coatings or paint using a spray gun (pistol painting).
• Conducting quality checks on the finished products.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

To be considered for this position, you meet the following profile:

• Experience: You have at least 6 months of proven experience as a bead blaster or spray painter. Due to the current workload, there is no time for on-the-job training; you must be able to work independently from day one.
• Language Skills: You are fluent in either English or Dutch.
• Location: Ideally, you live within a maximum radius of 20 km around Merkem to ensure a smooth commute.
• Availability: You are available on short notice for a temporary assignment.
