Tasks:
- Unload trucks and receive deliveries in the warehouse.
- Match incoming shipment packing list information with open purchase orders.
- Receive inventory and non-inventory packages in the ERP system.
- Make sure all the incoming items are receiving the correct labels.
- Complete a variety of inventory transactions in the ERP system.
- Perform routine cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Rotate stock in the warehouse to ensure that oldest materials are used first (FIFO).
- Interact in a professional way with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Perform simple maintenance and inspections on rolling equipment.
- Answer inventory related questions from other employees and assists employees when they come to the warehouse.
- Help managing expiring inventory in the warehouse and assist with part number and revision changes.
- Make sure that the warehouse and offsite warehouse are clean and tidy all the time.
- Distribute all the incoming post.
This is a temporary job unitil September 23th but can be extended.
You will work in day shift and will be starting between 6-11:30
