training reach truck driver

Your responsibilities:

• You will complete an intensive, paid 1-week training program to learn how to operate a reach truck safely and precisely.
• After obtaining your certificate, you will operate the reach truck for all internal transport within the warehouse.
• You will accurately and safely stack goods and pallets in high racks.
• You will ensure the timely replenishment of racks so your fellow pickers can continue working seamlessly.
• You will assist at the loading dock with a forklift or step in as an order picker during peak times.

Who are we looking for for this vacancy / training?

• You have a proven track record as an order picker or warehouse worker and are eager to complete training to become a reach truck driver.
• Working in a 2-shift pattern or a fixed night shift is no problem for you, and you are flexible to work during busy weekends.
• You are physically fit and have no trouble with heavy lifting.
• You can reach the workplace in Tessenderlo independently (as well as the training location in Opglabbeek).
• You are looking forward to starting on weekly contracts within a tight-knit team.
• You speak Dutch or English fluently enough to follow the training smoothly.
