training reach truck driver

Your responsibilities:

• You will follow an intensive, paid one-week training course in Herentals to learn how to operate a reach truck safely and precisely.
• After earning your certificate, you will operate the reach truck for all internal transport tasks in the warehouse in Geel.
• You will stack goods and pallets accurately and safely into high racking systems.
• You will ensure shelves are replenished on time so that your fellow order pickers can keep working efficiently.
• You will assist at the loading dock with the forklift or jump in as an order picker during peak times.

Who are we looking for for this job / training opportunity?

• You have proven experience as an order picker or warehouse worker and are eager to complete training to become a reach truck driver.
• Working in a 2-shift pattern or fixed night shift is no problem for you, and you are flexible to work during busy weekend periods if needed.
• You are physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting.
• You can independently travel to the workplace in Geel (as well as to the training location in Herentals).
• You are keen to start on weekly contracts within a tight-knit team.
• You speak English or Dutch well enough to follow the training smoothly.
