You serve as the connecting link ensuring the timely, accurate, and GMP-compliant execution of all compliance activities and documentation. Leveraging your expertise, you ensure that laboratories remain consistently "inspection ready" and that data generation adheres to the highest standards of data integrity. This is a dynamic role where you not only verify compliance but also advise teams and drive continuous process improvements.

belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Data Review & Data Integrity: Perform independent reviews of analytical data packages (e.g., release, stability, method validation) to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and GMP compliance. Identify inconsistencies or risks, and escalate findings where necessary.
- Inspection Readiness: Conduct readiness checks and ensure all required documentation is complete, available, and up to date.
- Compliance & QA Support: Assist in executing QA check rounds and monitoring compliance activities across various laboratories.
- Process Alignment: Contribute to core compliance processes (such as sample management, training procedures, and non-conformance handling) in strict accordance with defined standards.
- Advisory & Coaching: Guide and support laboratory teams on data integrity standards, documentation best practices, and GMP expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively support initiatives aimed at optimizing compliance workflows and data review methodologies.
kwalificatie
- Education: Master’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Bioengineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or equivalent).
- Experience: Relevant experience working within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical laboratory environment.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of GMP guidelines and data integrity principles.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and a risk-assessment mindset.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration: A true team player comfortable working effectively alongside lab teams, compliance units, and Quality Assurance in a diverse, cross-functional setting.
- Organization: Proactive mindset, strong planning capabilities, and the ability to manage strict deadlines.
- Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
