As a Logistics Employee, you are the engine of our warehouse. Your role is crucial for a flawless flow of goods, focusing on two primary areas:

You are responsible for the efficient movement of products, from arrival to departure.

• Loading and Unloading: You will manage all inbound and outbound activities, efficiently loading and unloading goods from trucks.
• Internal Transport: You will skillfully operate internal transport equipment (specifically the BT truck) to move goods to their correct locations within the warehouse.
• System Registration: Using a handscanner, you will ensure all items are accurately registered in our WMS (Warehouse Management System).

• Order and Safety: You ensure the workplace consistently meets the highest quality and safety standards.
• Housekeeping: You actively contribute to housekeeping, guaranteeing a structured, efficient, and clean working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

To be successful in your start as an Order Picker at our Willebroek warehouse, you must meet the following requirements:

• Shift System: You are specifically looking for a fixed late shift (14:00 - 22:00). This is a firm requirement for this vacancy.
• Flexibility: You are willing, if operationally necessary, to work in a 2-shift system (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00). Saturday work during busy peak periods is also not a problem for you.
• Mobility & Own Transport: Our location in Willebroek is difficult to reach with public transportation. Therefore, you must have your own transport (car, scooter, or bicycle) to get to work independently.
• Language Skills: You communicate fluently (speaking and understanding) in Dutch OR English.
• Physical Condition: As an order picker, you are not afraid of physical work. Daily walking, lifting, and carrying are partOf the job.
• Experience (Must-have): You have previous experience in logistics and—very importantly—demonstrable experience operating a BT (order picking truck).
