In your day-to-day role as an Order Management Assistant, your core activities will include:

• Registering customer orders accurately using SAP, internal IT tools, and the Real Time Product Configurator.
• Managing technical product validations and converting client requests into finalized SAP production orders.
• Collaborating with sales networks and manufacturing plants to resolve bottlenecks and expedite order confirmations.
• Providing proactive order tracking updates to international clients and handling urgent inquiries efficiently.

For this dynamic supply chain and customer operations role in Belgium, we are looking for the following background:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Office Management, or Languages; or similar through experience.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Dutch, French, German, Polish, or Turkish is a distinct advantage, but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills, comfortable working in digital platforms, and experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude toward solving client inquiries via email and phone.

• Salary, bonus & rewards:
  • Salary according to Joint Committee (PC) 104 Steel Industry: Between €4,195.93 and €4,703.97 gross per month
