- Implement performance management systems, KPIs and control mechanisms to ensure operational stability
- Monitor operational performance, identify trends and proactively drive corrective and preventive actions
- Identify structural inefficiencies and drive cross-functional improvements
- Reduce variability and increase predictability in a demand-driven service-based environment
- Actively drive and support the implementation, onboarding and scaling of new products and processes within operations, taking ownership to ensure successful adoption.
- Facilitate alignment and drive decisions across departments
- Lead complex improvement initiatives requiring multi-department collaboration
- Ensure that changes are effectively implemented and sustained
- Build a high-performing production organization capable of managing day-to-day operations autonomously
