Lab assistant night shift

Your core tasks as a lab assistant will focus on maintaining laboratory functionality and cleanliness, while also contributing to preparative workflows:

• Perform lab cleaning and decontamination protocols rigorously.
• Manage waste disposal, including changing waste containers and disposing of materials according to safety guidelines.
• Ensure the laboratory remains orderly and functional.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels of consumables and materials in the lab.
• Assist with general laboratory maintenance tasks.
• Provide support and assistance to senior Technicians.
• Report any operational or maintenance problems promptly to management.
• Maintain accurate and detailed product & instrument records.
• Perform routine quality and safety control checks.
• Adhere strictly to all work instructions, company policies, and procedures.

• Good knowledge of the English language and basic knowledge of Dutch
• You are available to work in the night shift from 21:45 till 06:15.
• High school degree or equivalent job experience is required, along with a keen interest in science.
• A first professional working experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Punctual & accurate way of working with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive work consistently according to set procedures.
• Ability to work independently while following instructions.
• Stress resiliency and flexibility.
• Strong team player mentality.
