 Enabling Analytics & System Excellence (EASE): EASE is a strategic function within IDAR that manages systems and processes. The organization is structured into specialized solution areas, each led by domain experts, to drive excellence in clinical development through data, systems, and tactical insights.

 How you can make a difference: As an intern within the EASE Communication Team, you will play an active role in continuously shaping how EASE connects, informs, and engages its global community. Your work will directly contribute to supporting the creation and coordination of clear, consistent, and timely communications across EASE. This means your contributions will help people better understand priorities, stay aligned, and feel more connected to the work EASE delivers across the organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a visible impact by helping build and sustain core communication channels such as newsletters, Teams sites, portals, and curated content repositories. By supporting stakeholder engagement, assembling content from across departments, and helping implement communication governance and feedback mechanisms, you will help establish a unified EASE voice and improve transparency and collaboration. Your efforts will directly support the team’s future-state vision: strengthening engagement, increasing alignment, and enabling a more effective and connected EASE community.
