DATA4YOU is a multi-year strategic program delivering the state-of-the-art J&J clinical data hub and data review platform leveraging AI and ML to facilitate the work of key personas managing clinical trials.
This program comes with a high investment and a high expectation toward cost & time savings, operational and organizational benefits. We want to give a candidate with background in Computer Science or Data Science (Bachelor or Master) the experience of participating in and contributing to the technical track of this key program. Computer Science Octopus for the DATA4YOU program Intern role‐specific responsibilities:
We are looking for highly motivated candidates with backgrounds in computer science or data science who thrive in a global, dynamic environment. Based on your learning needs and interests, we will work with you to assign several deliverables within set project timelines.
Example assignments include:
Designing and implementing predictive models to support clinical trial data analysis and operational decision-making.
Applying statistical and machine learning techniques to large-scale clinical datasets to uncover actionable insights and drive innovation in healthcare.
Developing and automating data pipelines and quality checks using Python, Databricks, and cloud-based platforms.
Supporting testing, performance testing, and test automation for new analytics solutions.
Evaluating and deploying advanced analytics, including natural language processing and deep learning models, to enhance data review processes.
Project management support (project manager, scrum master, or stream lead).
Documentation management and computer system validation support.
Production roll-out, issue analysis and resolution, and technical end-user training.
You will be coached by senior leaders on the program and will partner with the user community, technical teams, and development partners to ensure the right results are delivered within agreed timelines, budget,
and quality. You will also have opportunities to connect with other interns and leaders across the J&J organization.
As we work in a global environment, proficiency with virtual working tools and strong English oral and written skills are important.
