For a leading international player in the aviation industry located in the Zaventem region, we are currently looking for an Aircraft Engine Inspector, who is willing to work in a 2 shift system.

Our client specializes in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of state-of-the-art jet engines for commercial aircrafts.

In this role, you play a key part in ensuring quality, safety, and airworthiness. Your precision and technical assessments directly impact aircraft performance and passenger safety.

belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on dismantled engine parts in accordance with approved procedures.
- Assess parts, modules, or engines (serviceable, repairable, or scrap) and record decisions in the ERP system.
- Initiate and follow up on required actions based on inspection findings.
- Ensure complete traceability by accurately closing inspection tasks administratively.
- Determine the future configuration of parts or modules.
kwalificatie
- Technical secondary degree with a strong mechanical background and relevant experience as an aeronautical technician or;
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation with relevant field experience
- High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability in changing working conditions
- Very good technical English. Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)
