Sandblaster

In your role as a sandblaster, you are the key figure in the surface pre-treatment process. Your concrete tasks will include:

• Expertly and manually sandblasting various iron parts and components inside a modern blasting cabin.
• Accurately taping and masking specific zones of the components that should not be treated.
• Using a forklift to internally transport and position the parts to be blasted, both indoors and outdoors.
• Performing visual quality checks on the blasted work to ensure the parts are perfectly ready for the next step (such as metallization or powder coating).
• Responsibly maintaining the blasting cabin and your tools to ensure you always work in a safe and clean environment.

For this position as a sandblaster, we are looking for a self-reliant worker with a keen eye for quality. You recognize yourself in the following profile:

• Experience: Relevant experience as a sandblaster, grit blaster, or surface treatment operator is strictly required for this role.
• Skills: You are fully capable of working independently, pay great attention to detail, and work very accurately when preparing and masking materials.
• Certificates and languages: Holding a valid forklift certificate is a definite plus. You speak at least English fluently, though a good knowledge of Dutch is highly preferred.
