As team leader of the Kitbuilding Operator Team you are responsible for planning and managing the workload (of both the team and individually), together with the Logistics Manager. You will provide the overview of orders and ensure that orders are shipped on time. You also manage inventory and material availability.
You further monitor team members and adjust (and jump in) as needed, including order picking, inventory of materials, shipping and preparation of orders, etc.
You report to the Logistics Manager on all major delivery and technical problems. You ensure optimal quality of all tasks, give training to colleagues, archive certain documents, etc.
