    This position is responsible for the assignment of finished goods inventory to internal, external, domestic, and international customer orders. You will ensure and guarantee a positive customer experience. In order for this to go smoothly you will collaborate strongly with different departments (ea customer service, logistics, planning, external operations, distribution, worldwide regional and S&OP groups). Furthermore, you are expected to achieve goals related to FEFO (First Expired First Out), inventory assignment, as well as other business metrics. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to designing and optimising new business processes as the business is migrating to a new operating systems (SAP).

    More responsibilities:

    - Assign product to customer orders per allocation strategies, and FEFO logic to meet customer, inventory, scrap and business targets.
    - Execute backorder release processes.
    - Monitor order holds, restrictions and takes follow-up actions as necessary.
    - Develop/maintain operating procedure and remain current with internal policies.
    - Support daily & weekly data collection, reconciliation and reporting processes with ability to interpret results
    - Identify, resolve issues and escalate appropriately
    - Identify opportunities to improve performance and contribute to implement solutions
    - Perform job duties in a way that meets or exceeds individual performance metrics established by Management in support of job competencies.
    - Performs other related duties as required.
