The Business Development Specialist positions SAP CX to our prospects and customers to create new business and further develop opportunities through deal qualification and opportunity nurturing in the early sales cycle. They uncover new business opportunities by identifying cross and upselling opportunities in close collaboration with SAP CX Sales Executives, managing and executing follow-up activities (e.g. outbound initiatives).
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or IT-related discipline - Proven (Inside) Sales, Presales or Business Development ability and drive - Ability to articulate the SAP CX value proposition clearly in an industry context - Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results - Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills - Knowledge of the Front office market including: Commerce & CRM market
Minimum of 2-4 years¿ experience in complex solutions sales. Experience in an Inside Sales role is a plus. Successful experience in multichannel go-to-market models
