For a new promising company established at Liege Airport - Bierset. The airline operates daily scheduled cargo flights and charter services carrying nonstandard goods and general cargo internationally. Part of a Global airline group, this new company carries more than 150,000 tons of cargo annually. To conquer and challenge a senior management assistant offer you should be able to :
A) primary responsibilities :
You will provide supporting and coordinating services to the CEO, COO and the Safety and Compliance Department : 1) Improve effectivity and efficiency of the CEO and COO by providing administrative support. 2) Assist the Safety Manager in organizing safety meetings
B) Secretarial responsibilities :
1) Manage agenda's for the CEO and COO; 2) Organize and coordinate management meetings; 3) Keep minutes during management meetings; 4) Manage internal/external correspondence (e-mail / regular mail); 5) Assist in creating presentations and publications 6) Office access management 7) First point of phone contact 8) Manage the common lease car
C) Safety Responsibilities: 1) Assist Safety Manager in organizing monthly safety meetings; 2) Keep minutes during safety meetings; 3) Administrate IQSMS reports with assigned departments;
About your profile :
15 years experience in secretarial support functions Fluent in written and spoken English and French: best to have several years experience in English working environment. Knowledge of business and legal English/French. Some knowledge of aviation English will be an asset. Strong IT skills: Ms office Excellent hosting skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Efficient organizer Strong attention to detail Discrete and capable to handle confidential informations Promoter of team cohesion / harmonization
