-To manage the day to day relationship with the vendors / supplier. -To place and follow up all POs and related invoices -Close coordination with customer service for make to order items and follow up from PO creation to delivery to final destination. -Monitor and coordination with the European Logistical teams for a smooth and fast receiving of shipments. -Consolidate and communicate forecast to the supplier / Manufactory. -Manage inventory availability vs requirements, make necessary adjustments on stock levels, highlighting shortages and develop replenishment strategies to minimize excess and obsolete inventory. -Manage Scrapping processes. -Master data set up and maintenance for all systems -Optimize planning metrics, tools and weekly / monthly reports on inventory status -Manage and drive the Implement new products and follow up EOL strategies -Back up for colleagues of planning
-Has a Bachelor degree in Administration, Planning or the equivalent through experience -Has experience in logistics processes, preferably with import and export suppliers -Is analytical and good with numbers. -Proactive, independent and has an eye for detail. -Can work independently and in a team -Has a good organizational capacity and can deal with multi-tasking -Is stress-resistant and commercially oriented -Fluent in English, Dutch, and French, any other language is a plus. -Has very good knowledge of Excel and SAP experience is a must (SD & MM modules).
