As R&D Manager you're main responsibilities are: - the design and construction of new products according to customer requests, develop new design proposals and agree them with the sales department and the customer; - analyzing raw materials choose the correct configuration of equipment as well as the coordination of prototyping and testing until series production; - lead and coordinate new product development in different sites and exploit customer potential on a global level in the area of air and liquid filtration; - the development of road-map projects as well as the coordination of funding projects.
- You have master degree in chemistry, physics, process engineering, nanotechnology or similar; - Preferable working experience in relation to filtration, knowledge about raw textiles, production and finishing of technical textiles; - Experience in project management, patents, Minitab; - You are fluent in Dutch and English; - You are a team player with strong communication and presentation skills; - You have a hands-on as well as a creative mindset; - You are an innovative problem solver; - You are willing to travel.
