- Personnel administration: registration of new personal files and adjustments of existing personal files; - Registration of fines and reported damages to work material (company cars, iPhone, ¿); - Registration and managing files of educational leave and management of holiday rights; - Follow-up of social documents; - Control of timesheets and registration of absences as preparation for the payroll; - Preparation of out-of-service calculations and reports; - Adopt a customer oriented attitude by guiding stakeholders and offering them the most appropriate solution and excellent service; - Support others by acting as an example within your job (offer help where necessary).
You will report to the HR Operations Lead.
- You have a bachelor in Office Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences, etc. A first administrative experience is considered as a plus. - You combine organizational skills with excellent interpersonal skills; - You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook); - You are fluent in Dutch or French with a good knowledge of English; - Furthermore, you are able to process and analyze information quickly and efficiently; - Your reliability, flexibility, co-operation and respect for others make sure you can build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
