As a Rental Contract Administrator you report to the Pricing and Contract Manager. You work with colleagues in the different countries we operate in and you administrate the entire life-cycle of the rental agreements.
For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated colleague who loves a fast-paced environment and international contacts. Next to this you are a talent in organising and administrating.
- Validate the rental orders in the back-office systems - File all legal contracts - Control of rental data integrity and consistency - Report on rental contract information - Back office admin - Data entry
- Education in actuarial science or administration is a plus - Detail oriented & good with numbers - Communicate effectively with colleagues - Computer literate with a good level in Excel - Fluent in English: both spoken and written, any other languages is a plus
