Randstad Sourceright (RSR) Belgium is an operating company within the Randstad group, which supports large national and international companies with operational staffing processes and management of suppliers. RSR Belgium offers Managed Services, such as vendor management, management of placement process, time and cost management, invoicing and management reports. RSR ensures transparency through a web-based vendor management system, which leads to clients cost savings and quality improvement.
Administrative support on RPO programs include:
Prescreening & assessment process with candidates, interview scheduling & administration of selection process, preparation of offer packages, facilitate onboarding & conduct reference checks, execute client and candidate satisfaction surveys, general administrative tasks within applicant tracking system (ATS).
Preferably administration experience in human resources (not needed, or working experience in service center environment environment; experience abroad (e.g. volunteering, Erasmus) is a plus. Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) Preferably with Applicant Tracking System and / or Vendor Management System Energetic, accurate, efficient and stress resistant Can put priorities and has good level of assertiveness Languages: English + French or Dutch
