• 7 to 10 years of experiences 
• Very good knowledge of supply chain in GxP environment
• Very good knowledge of the different levels of planning : strategic, tactical, operational
• Experience in a regulated business (pharmaceutical, medical device,...)
• Experience in new product introduction processes
• Experience in planning tool implementation (SAP, OMP, Anaplan, JDA,...)
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• Strong orientation toward end-to-end process performance
• Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and functional tems
• Strong influential skills to interact with various stakeholders
• Fluent in English, French is an asset
