You will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of a well-known organisation in the pharmaceutcial sector.

The mission of a Talent Advisor is : - To ensure that the Client’s Hiring Manager and Candidate communities receive a proactive, truly excellent service, leveraging your recruitment expertise within the industry and business sectors across all types of talent requirements. - Ensuring you work with colleagues towards achieving and exceeding local and global SLA/KPIs. - To be the point of contact for hiring managers and off-site RSR Recruitment teams supporting the Account and to ensure that talent requirements are being managed in the most efficient and consistent way at all times. - Act as Single point of contact for Hiring Managers; Consultation and recruitment strategy design. - Liaising with and releasing of roles to suppliers. - 360 hiring – Senior and highly niche perm roles; execution of all contingent/contract requirements. - Candidate relationship owner from interview stage to contract. - Creation of meaningful and Brand compliant adverts. - To assist and support other team members in periods of high volumes, complex hires and various talent related projects. - Adapt style and approach in accordance with cultural and business related needs in a local and global work environment (international recruitment and collaboration) - Contributing to pooling and sourcing strategy planning
We are looking for you if you can bring: - minimum 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection - solid level of English/Dutch or English/French - business acumen - familiarity with Sourcing & Recruitment tools and applications - out of the box thinking - the will to continuously improve and be more effective - knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector will considered a plus.
