Are you eager to implement your technical skills as an engineer in an international and dynamic pharmaceutical company? This is the opportunity you're looking for!
You will provide overall support to the engineering, production and if relevant the serialization department during execution of their projects / daily activities, with a strong focus on: GMP compliance, documentation and change control.
For New equipment / Building & Utilities:
• Support the project engineer in writing the appropriate User Requirement Specifications (URS) and FAT protocols and ensure they get approved (in close collaboration with the project engineer(s) / TSE Lead / Project coordinator and validation/quality department) • Define in consultation with the validation department the required (supplier) documentation • Assist project engineer with FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)/SAT (Site Acceptance Test) execution / documentation and reporting of the performed FAT/SAT • Ensure the required engineering procedures (Operating instructions, Technical Analysis, Maintenance, calibration, instructions for detection testing) are written and approved (integrated in Pilgrim) in collaboration with the Operations Administrator • Ensure changes between execution of FAT and execution of IOQ (Installation & Operational Qualification) are documented (project change managemen
• Master or Bachelor degree: engineering / (life) science • Known and familiar with GMP guidelines, pharmaceutical guidelines, hygiene, etc. • Experience with quality systems, procedures, training, etc. • Can work with MS Office • Good knowledge of Dutch/English (written and spoken), possible knowledge of German and French • Experience in writing reports
• A flexible team player with a proven ability to work succesfully in a matrix reporting environment. • Ability to maintain a high level interpersonal skills and integrity. • Affinity with technical aspects. • Can think both conceptually as analytical.
