The role In this role you will be part of the Belgian Consumer organization of the international company. You will be responsible for account planning activities for a dedicated group of customers working closely with the Sales team. This mission is a temporary mission Starting for three monhts. You work parttime.
Your Key Accountabilities - Responding to daily customer information requests in a timely and high quality manner; - Supporting the Customer Business Manager on system inputs and requirements (Forecasting, Pricing, Promotional planning); - Preparing pré- and post evaluations of promotions and help taking corrective actions in order to improve effectiveness; - Supporting our external Service Provider regarding cash collection and customer service; - Effective communication with Assistant Buyers and Category Managers
The ideal candidate - Junior who has successfully completed a higher education; - Has several years of experience in this area; - Has a commercial drive, good analytical skills and a proactive nature - Has excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to successfully manage the important relationships with customers and colleagues; - Has profound knowledge of Excel and SAP; - Excellent knowledge of Dutch or French and a good knowledg of English
