A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, based in Leuven. -As member of the Compensation and Benefits team, you develop and coordinate the implementation of country-based or European Compensation and Benefits (C&B) initiatives. -You comprehensively advise and provide guidance to HR managers and business leaders on C&B related processes and practices. -You collect, consolidate, analyse and benchmark facts and figures and provide recommendations to ensure the competitiveness of our reward packages and compliance with local legislation.
-You have excellent analytical skills with the ability for interpretation and documentation of findings. -You are a team player with good interpersonal skills and you have the capabilities to communicate at different levels in the organisation. -You are a self-starter, able to drive Compensation and Benefits projects -University Degree with at least 3/5 years proven experience in a C&B role or as an HR generalist covering compensation and benefits. Experience in an international context is an asset. -You are familiar with various C&B processes and concepts, such as job evaluation, variable pay, ... and you are aware of practices and trends in Total reward. -You have a good understanding of employment law, tax and social security arrangements. -Good command of English and preferably Dutch as well. Any other language is an asset.
