Candidate will be responsible for the flawless operation and maintenance (daily testing) of technical AV systems (audio and video equipment including microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, phones, Laptops & ipads) and its applications (connecting, recording, streaming, translator set-up, secure set-up, remote meetings via collaborative tools & equipment for optimal experience…). Candidate will support users to access systems/tools (i.e. recording of sessions; presentation set-up; data storage ; digital flipcharts ; digital tools – hardware/software…); help troubleshoot issues and provide actionable solutions to resolve problems. Candidate should be able to report correctly (written operating procedures) and support colleagues/customers with instant technical advice.

Support of scripting on-line surveys ; data export on digital platforms and potential exploration of new digital tools/methods (pending proficiency)


vos atouts

Your profile
Strong interest in IT solutions, network-applications. Proficient in Windows environment /Office 365 applications. HTML/Python programming is an asset.

Enabling integration of connected machines/equipment in our facility (automatic balance ; voice operated surveys ; ...) with help of the on-site facility service team and in close collaboration with the apps@labs teams, IT support on site and the global PRT IT coordinator.

Technical degree (Electronics, ICT,...) or equivalent through experience. Action-oriented, accountable & communicative team player who can work independently and has an eye for detail.

Experience
previous work experience is not a must – passion and ability to learn fast and independently is key for graduates

Languages
Given multi-national company, English is a must – Dutch is appreciated

Duration
Start for 6 months – can be extended if right candidate

Mandatory skills
Below skill set in context of ICT / IT solutions is a must

- fast learner, independent working, problem solver

- analytical thinking and execution with eye for detail

- teamplayer with good communication skills (oral + written)

Need for new digital skill set within existing team

Size of the team?
6 people - local team of multinational company -- candidate will be link between local small team and site IT support (hence the need to be able to quickly learn about IT-related corporate systems and adapt/integrate them in the daily operations of the local facility)
