Main objective of the job

Following the growth of their activities, our client is looking for an extra colleague to join their team. In this role you will implement and execute our specific service strategy within our new clients and this always with the focus on Customer satisfaction and dealer service level.

Your role?
• Develop the aftersales service and ensure its follow-up with our new clients.
• Assure adequate report of technical concern from network involving Product Support
• Management of technical information in the dealership and report of technical concerns/customers
• Support the dealer with customer problem resolution: direct involvement with appropriate visits to the customer to ensure retention.
• Support identification of Parts issue concerning dealers and customers and involve proactively parts organization.
• Management and development of Service package and long terms Service Contracts (Long terms warranties management, Total Cost of Ownership, Maintenance Contracts, …)
• Manage the Warranty Policy approvals within the budget to achieve the maximum customer loyalty and retention.
• Support the preparation and completion of recall campaigns. Ensure timely achievement of targets.
• Operative support to new Dealer Start up and/or New Product launch.
• Training Needs Analysis to develop the dealer capability to give best in class service and fault diagnosis.
• Development of Dealer service activity considering quality and timeliness and continuous - improvement of communication with new customers.
• Communications to dealers and customers.
• Sales Support and product launches.

Your profile?

• Technical knowledge on industrial vehicles and/or busses in all ranges.
• Bus business knowledge is highly recommended: Customers (public and retail), tenders requests on planned maintenance contracts and full service contracts
• Field experience
• Knowledge of the Dealers and Distributors network competences
• Management of the main software tools (SAP, MS Office).
• Full availability to travel on frequent basis within the market
• Management of the main software tools (SAP, MS Office).
• Fluent in Dutch and French
• Good English skills
