Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
- To maintain and monitor the general processing Financial transactions according to Belgian Accounting rules using Baan financial system.

- To take care of VAT filling/Intrastat declarations.
- To support the preparation of the statutory accounts, as well as supporting internal and external audits.
- To take care and manage the payroll entries.
- To manage various administrative tasks as invoices booking, payments preparation, office supplies orders, employee's expenses follow up, petty cash.
- To perform BS reconciliations statements.
- To support preparation of the monthly financial reporting to regional management.
- To assist and prepare various monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis of various accounts for UK/US documentation.
- To assist in capital expenditures follow-up and Fixed Assets admin
- To operate in compliance with Company's Internal Controls.
- To prepare/support monthly cash flow.
- To perform testing of a new ERP (Oracle) implementation (50% or more) and document test results
- Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting of deployed processes.
- Assist with development of training materials.
- Be an active participant in the change management process.
- Monitor process performance.
