As Training Specialist CAR-T you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the development, approval, and implementation of the different curricula within the Legend Biotech Belgium organization. Coordinates and facilitates administrative processes for establishing, changing, coding, maintaining, and reporting curriculum-related activities.

key responsibilities
- Single point of contact (SPOC) within the Legend Biotech organization for the establishing, changing and optimization of the training curricula
- Collects input from the different departments within Legend biotech regarding the training curricula and training needs.
- Responsible for the coordination of the correct set-up of the different training curricula in the LMS (Learning management system).
- Supporting the training specialist within the training team regarding the logical set-up of the operator qualification related curricula
- Establish excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to interact with all levels within the organization, and especially EH&S, PMO/OPEX, Supply Chain, MS&T, Quality , Maintenance & Engineering & Manufacturing and our collaboration partner J&J.
qualifications
- Minimum of graduate or bachelor degree
- Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical environment or equivalent
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA/EU guidance related to manufacturing of cell based products
- Knowledge of curricula and LMS (learning management system)
- Advanced computer skills and practical knowledge of MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other related systems
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- The candidate must be highly organized and capable of working in a team environment with a positive attitude under minimal supervision
- Proactive and continuous improvement oriented
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Transparent, Passionate, Fearless and Accountable
- Fluent in both Dutch and English
