As the Training Manager at Dynaco you will take the end responsibility for Technical Training on behalf of Dynaco's dealers worldwide. 

Your role:

• defining the need(s) in terms of technical training on behalf of the respective dealers;
• developing a plan of action;
• developing the various training tools (presentation, video, demonstration in a training room, etc.);
• rolling out of the training programs;
• monitoring the results of the programs and making the appropriate adjustments;
• ensuring that the training material, approach, technical documentation is kept up to date.

• You have a technical background and are familiar with transferring knowledge in a technical context. Experience as a trainer is a plus;
• You have a technical bachelor or master degree and are knowledgeable on mechanics and electricity; 
• You are fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of another language is a plus;
• You are communicative, a team player and enjoy working autonomously and accurately;
• You are a change manager;
• You enjoy working in an international environment.
