Mission:
As a member of the team you will ensure a smooth organization of the technical trainings and the follow-up of trainings until the employee certification.
Challenges our client trusts you with:
Organize and schedule all technical trainings
Follow-up the personal training plan progress, by regular communication with the employees
Issue employees certificates as per achieved training plans
Organize client training programs
Assist employees in understanding training plans & training process and help them work through it
Manage all-round administrative tasks related to the department activities
You have:
A Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
A first professional experience as training coordinator or event manager
A very good level in English is required and mandatory as they have an international team (China, US, Europe). French is an asset.
A strong knowledge and practice of Microsoft Office tools
And you also are:
Able to build easy relationships & able to create a good internal network
Able to push people when needed in a diplomatic manner
A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Autonomous
A doer/ hands-on
Highly organized and rigorous
Able to multi-task & prioritize efficiently
Team player: be a back-up for your colleagues
